In his role at Micro Electronics, John designed and created the curriculum for the Leadership Development Program, consisting of Management 101 and Management 201, using Lectora as the primary design tool. More than 150 participants have successfully completed the program to date.ExpertiseWith more than 20 years of experience working in the realm of online education and learning, John has encountered a plethora of e-Learning experiences that have helped him develop sound e-Learning programs. His experiences have helped him shape a successful e-Learning strategy, which is evident by the success of the Leadership Development Program.
