We will present how to built a Virtual Reality course for a Learning Management Systems (LMS) using Lectora to make mobile content, which helped us to solve a real problem for a company that wanted to teach their employers the security measures. We used Lectora to package and develop an exam; the virtual reality will be applied using a 360 YouTube interactive video. In the session we will explain why this tool is considered as a virtual reality, how to create a video using a camera or 3D program like 3D Max studio or Maya, and we will share some ideas for similar courses.

Presenter Bio:

Aldebarán Canacasco is an Computer Engineer from Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México. He began his professional work with community service at Mexico environment government managing some web pages. From 2007 to 2008 he enrolled as a junior project manager at Comisión Nacional de Áreas Naturales Protegidas in Mexico (Mexico’s Protected Areas) on conservation learning area. From 2008 to 2011 he was a conservation senior learning area manager working with important government environment projects like COP 16, volunteers for protected areas, and conservation learning projects.

From 2011 to 2013 he was an assistant manager in the Federal Attorney general's office of Procuraduría Federal del Medio Ambiente managing Website projects and technologies learning areas. From 2013 to now, he works at Opentec as a Senior Manager Learning Technology innovating learning courses.

German is from Mexico City and is a Graphic Designer from Universidad Tecnológica de México (UNITEC). He began his professional work in OpenTec from 2012 as on learner. From 2013 to now he works at OpenTec as Graphic Designer Multimedia & eLearning development and designs learning courses.
