Over 20 years in the training and development field. Recently matriculated a Master's in Education from UMass/Boston in Instructional Design. MBA Suffolk University, BA Clark University. Instructor-led trainer in the healthcare field for over 13 years. eLearning designer/developer for the most recent four years. Created a wide variety of content topics including health care, coding and market research using Lectora Publisher. Designed and developed Lectora courses for both professional and educational purposes.

Discover how Research Rockstar, a market research training and staffing firm, created an engaging interactive self-paced course for business-to-business clients. The session explores the topics of how to design market research questionnaires by using different scales. We will demonstrate some interactive and engaging activities and displaying good and bad questions as well as applying best practices using many of Lectora's wide range of features.
