Sending Messages

Administrators can send messages to users that are currently signed-on.

To send a message to a user:

  1. Open the Admin Tasks side-tab and click View Logged-In Users.

    The View Logged-In Users window opens.

  2. Click the user to which you want to send a message. To select more than one user ID, hold Ctrl and click the other user IDs.

  3. Click Send Message.

    The Send Message window opens.

  4. Type the message in the Message box and click Send Message.

The message is sent.
