You can save the comments to a comma-separated values (CSV) file. The report is saved as a CSV file that can be opened and viewed in tabular format in a program like Microsoft Excel. If attachments were added to the comment thread, you can select to have them included in the CSV file.
The CSV file includes the following columns:

To save the comments to a CSV file, follow these steps:
Click the Comments tab if it is not already opened.
Click the Export button. The Export Comments window opens.
To include the attachments, enable the Include all associated attachments check box.
Click OK.
Save the zip file to a local directory.
The comments are exported as a CSV file.
