You can delay an action by a specified number of seconds. When the action's trigger is fired, the action will not execute until the delay time has elapsed.

For media configured to auto-play with a delay of more than 1 second, the media will not play on mobile devices. By default, mobile browsers play media only when the media is initiated by a user gesture, such as a finger tap on a button. Adding a Play button is recommended. To delay an action:
In Project Explorer, double-click the 
graphic of the action. The Action ribbon is displayed.
In the Trigger group, use the Delay field to specify the number of seconds to delay the action.
The action is delayed.
