  3. To filter the messages to only show the errors that were discovered in your project, select Show errors only. To filter the messages to only show the warnings that were discovered in your project, click Show warnings only.

  4. Resolve any errors within the project. If necessary, click Cancel and repeat steps 1 and 2 until the project is free of errors.

  5. Click Publish when you are satisfied with the results of the error check. The Publish to Rockstar Learning Platform window opens.

Use the following tabs within this window to specify publishing options:

  6. Once you have completed configuring all of the publishing options, click OK. Your project will be built into its published version on the Lectora Online Server in preparation for sending to the Rockstar Learning Platform.

  7. When the publishing process has completed, click the Send Project button to upload your published project to the Rockstar Learning Platform. When the project is successfully sent to the Rockstar learning Platform, you will see messages of completion.

Note: If the course you are publishing to the Rockstar Learning Platform has previously been “Sent” to the platform, a generated window asks if you would like to “Create a New Module” with this publish or if you would like to “Replace” the module in your Rockstar Learning Platform account. Selecting “Replace” will update the already published module without affecting the module’s Course settings on the Rockstar Learning Platform. “Create a New Module” will create a new module with the new version of your course while keeping the old version on the Rockstar Learning Platform.

  8. Click the Done button to close the publishing window. When available, you can also click the Preview button to launch the published project or click the Download button to save the published project to your local computer as a zip file.

When you make changes to your project, you will need to republish it so the new changes are reflected in the published project. Repeat these steps as necessary to republish project.
