Trivantis offers customer and technical support to all software and hosted clients. Trivantis Tier 1 support can be reached Monday through Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. EST.
Tier 1 level calls are defined as non-mission critical issues related to functional questions, such as forgetting passwords, importing users, setting up courses, and etc. For all Tier 1 issues, please contact Trivantis support via email at support@trivantis.com or call at 513-852-6700. Support email will automatically log the request and assign it to a service representative. All emails received after normal business hours for Tier 1 level issues will be answered within the next business day.
Tier 2 level calls are defined as calls related to mission critical software outages or network related questions that cannot be solved by customer technical staff. For all Tier 2 level issues, please contact Trivantis support at emergency line 877.852.6701 or Standard support line 513.852.6700. Calls received after normal business hours for Tier 2 level issues will be returned within a 2 hour timeframe.
