The premade themes and templates that come with Lectora® are great, but what if you’re in the mood for something a little different? We scoured the web and found a few great FREE design downloads. So, in case you’re not working with that unlimited budget we all dream of, check out these free design resources!

Inspiring Insights and the Fab Freebies – Okay, I didn’t have to look very far to find this, but did you know that every issue of our monthly newsletter includes a Fab Freebie for you? Sometimes it’s a character pack and sometimes it’s a new design theme, but it’s always awesome!

Font Squirrel – Using custom fonts is a great way to spice up your Lectora e-Learning course. There are many sources of free fonts online, including the Font Squirrel website. DryIcons – Search more than high-quality 6,700 vector graphics and icons. These resources are all free, provided you link back to DryIcons. There’s also an option to purchase a license, so you don’t have to include a link to DryIcons in your training course.

SubtlePatterns – This website offers gorgeous, subtle textures and patterns that tile perfectly for use as backgrounds.

DesignFreebies – Download royalty-free graphics from a small, but modern and stylish selection of free design resources, including vectors, icons and UI templates.

365psd – This website is a great source of free icons, as well as other graphics. Many of the graphics even come with layered PSD files, so you can tweak colors and text yourself.
