Features and Enhancements
CM-951 – Adding CC field to student profile
New CC Additional User on Course Reminders setting to the Users Permissions tab. This feature allows Reporters and Instructors to receive a variety of course reminders for a given student:
- Start date of session approaching
- Session end date approaching
- Due Date approaching
- Due Date passed
- Course Expiration approaching
- Certificate expiration approaching
CM-952 – Organization Time
New TimeZone setting added to the Organization Details dialog on the Organization tab. Define this value to adjust the start and end times of a course or session in the student’s calendar based on the time zone entered.
CM-941 - Instructor notification when a course enrollment approval is pending
Added a new notification to send an email to the instructor(s) of a course or session that a student is waiting on approval for enrollment. If there is no assigned instructor, the Administrator continues to approve enrollment requests.
CM-944 – Separate the Course Completion and the Completion Certificate notifications
Updated Course and Curriculum Completion notifications. There are now two notifications:
- Course is Completed – Notifies the student they have completed the course or curriculum, but does not completion certificate.
- Course Completed Certificate - Notifies the student they have completed the course or curriculum, and includes the completion certificate.
Turn either notification on or off and personalize the text.

- CM-959 - Text for Course Approval Request notification needs to be changed.

- CM-964 - Getting course complete and certificate notification emails for each course in a curriculum
- CM-966 - CM hangs when attempting to register, to a curriculum, a student that was just removed
- CM-967 - Adding a third course to a curriculum when the curriculum was completed causes CM to spin after click Save
- CM-969 - The text for the email notifications needs to be updated for Course & Curriculum Completion and Certificate
- CM-970 - Getting an excessive number of emails for Due Date and End Date approaching on course notification
