Project Manager

Trivantis is currently seeking a full-time Project Manager to manage the design and development of custom e-learning projects for our high-profile corporate, government, and academic clients. This person will work with a team of Instructional Designers and Graphic Designers to rapidly deliver best-in-class e-learning solutions for LMS, web and CD Rom distribution.

Your responsibilities will include leading and managing content development services projects as assigned with a focus on rapidly delivering high-quality services with revenue driven goals. This cross-functional position includes, but is not limited to, the following duties:

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee, manage, and assume accountability for projects - including schedules, deadlines, deliverables, and budget
  • Client interaction and relationship management
  • Manage a team of course developers on a project by project basis
  • Proposal and contract development
  • Assist in the evaluation and creation of processes, methodologies, & best practices
  • Special projects as assigned

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Absolute attention to detail and high quality standards.
  • Experience working with Fortune 500 companies.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet multiple deadlines under short lead times with changing priorities.
  • Capacity to work in a flexible, fast-paced, ever-evolving, positive environment.
  • Ability to work and contribute to a team environment, as well as work independently.
  • Knowledge of interactive and e-learning technologies including Web, CD-ROM, Learning Management Systems a plus.
  • Some experience in Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash and multimedia development tools a plus.
