Graphic Designers

Trivantis is currently seeking full-time Graphic Designers to design and develop custom elearning projects for our high profile corporate, government and academic clients. This person will work with a team of project managers and instructional designers to rapidly deliver best-in-class elearning solutions for Web and CD.

We are looking for bright, dedicated and self-motivated professionals with strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities and proven top-notch graphic design, content layout and multimedia production skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with project managers and instructional designers to understand and define design and branding requirements
  • Design graphical user interfaces and architecture for linear and dynamic online courses
  • Design content-specific graphics and illustrations
  • Create interactive learning exercises using Flash and other tools
  • Build Flash animations and interactive simulations with audio voiceover
  • Optimize all content and media for Web delivery
  • Layout all graphics and content using Lectora Publisher – the world’s leading WSIWYG drag and drop elearning authoring tool

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in graphic design, multimedia production, or related field
  • 3-5 years' experience building elearning projects or custom online multimedia service projects in a production oriented environment
  • Expertise in Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash and multimedia development tools
  • Experience building interactive instructional exercises
  • Experience producing software application simulations
  • Absolute attention to detail and high quality standards
  • Experience working with Fortune 500 companies
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet multiple deadlines under short lead times with changing priorities
  • Capacity to work in a flexible, fast-paced, ever-evolving, positive environment
  • Ability to work and contribute to a team environment, as well as work independently
  • Knowledge of interactive and elearning technologies - Web, CD-ROM, Learning Management Systems a plus
