Take Your Lectora Skills to a New Level with Extreme Training

Lectora Extreme training goes above and beyond the conventional uses of actions and conditions and focuses on creating custom functionality suitable for all types of elearning. The course is designed for users who are comfortable using Lectora and can use actions and conditions to create interactivity.

What You'll Learn

Learn how to move beyond the basics of Lectora to produce advanced functionality. This includes:
  • Create pre-tests that will count towards completion of a course; display completion status of chapters within a title.
  • Create custom, gradable questions that are not of the standard 6 question types.
  • Interact with Flash objects, and learn how to pass information to and retrieve information from a Flash object.
  • Create software simulations and use form elements to store user input.
  • This course relies heavily on the use of variables to create advanced functionality within a title.

The Extreme class begins at 9:00 a.m. and ends at 4:00 p.m. Computers are provided for a hands-on learning experience. A course manual and CD containing the course content is given to all trainees. This course is taught with Lectora Professional Publishing Suite 2008 and the Audio/Video Editor.

Training Prerequisites

You'll get the most out of your Extreme training if you have at least attended the Fundamentals and Intermediate training, or have equivalent experience.
