Creating Action Groups
There are many uses for Lectora’s action groups, but they are especially handy when you need a text hyperlink or an On Select/Change tab to do multiple actions. Create the action group, with multiple actions, and then set the hyperlink or the On Select/Change tab within a form property to run that action group.
In this example, we are creating a series of actions to display the text link, hide the rectangle and then show the hexagon when the text link is clicked. See how each action is set up.

Action 1 - This action shows Text Block 1 (Here is a Hexagon).

Action 2 - This action will show the Hexagon.

Action 3 - This action hides the Rectangle when the the text link is clicked.

Select your text, create a hyperlink and then select Run Action Group from the Action dropdown list. This will set the text link to run the entire group of actions when clicked.
