Trivantis will host the 2011 Lectora User Conference in Cincinnati, Ohio on May 10-12 where you will have the opportunity to learn more about Lectora and network with hundreds of other users and Trivantis team members during two full days of sessions, workshops, presentations, and fun.

Every year, Trivantis hosts a fun and exciting Welcome Reception the night before the Lectora User Conference begins. Attendees look forward to networking with other Lectora users and Trivantis employees in a social setting. It's the perfect way to kick-off the main event - and this year the reception is bigger and better than ever before!


The 2011 Lectora User Conference Welcome Reception is free of charge and will take place on Tuesday, May 10 at the Newport Aquarium from 7pm-10pm 

The Newport Aquarium was rated as one the best aquariums in the Midwest in the Zagat Survey’s U.S. Family Travel Guide. Trivantis is renting out the entire facility just for Lectora User Conference attendees! You’ll see over 65 amazing exhibits, experience various animal encounters, and enjoy 121,000 square feet of fun with thousands of animals. There will even be appetizers, dessert, drinks, music, and dancing throughout the night and you’ll get the chance to network with your peers.

The Metropolitan Education and Training Services Center is greater Cincinnati's premiere high-tech conference center located in Northern Kentucky just minutes from the Greater Cincinnati Northern Kentucky International Airport (CVG).

Air Travel

The METS Center, the location of this year's Lectora User Conference, is located just four minutes from the Greater Cincinnati International Airport (CVG), The METS Center is at the hub of business in the Greater Cincinnati / Northern Kentucky area. There are several hotels in the immediate vicinity (including two within walking distance,) and downtown Cincinnati, Ohio is only seven miles to the north on I-71/75.

Ground Transportation

The METS Center works in close cooperation with the surrounding hotels and transportation providers to ensure a smooth and hassel-free experience for all attendees. A complimentary shuttle service is provided to and from the airport and The METS Center when staying at the adjacent Residence Inn or Courtyard by Marriott, and for an addtional fee when staying at the other full-service hotels just minutes away.

Driving Directions From Downtown Cincinnati:
I-71/75 South to I-275 West. Take first exit (Exit No. 2 - Mineola Pike). Left turn onto Mineola Pike crossing over I-275. Right turn at second light onto Olympic Blvd. Follow Olympic Blvd. into CIRCLEPORT Business Park past hotels to The METS Center. Parking is FREE in The METS Center's large lot.

Driving Directions From Indiana:
I-74 to I-275 South into Kentucky. Stay on I-275, which curves East in Kentucky and go about 22 miles all the way past the Greater Cincinnati Airport until you get to Exit No. 2 - Mineola Pike. Right turn onto Mineola Pike. Then right turn at second light onto Olympic Blvd. Follow Olympic Blvd. into CIRCLEPORT Business Park past hotels to The METS Center. Parking is FREE in The METS Center's large lot.

Car Rental Information

Courtesy phones are located near the exits in each baggage claim area for making rental arrangements. Shuttles are available every 5 - 10 minutes to take you to the rental company of your choice.

Note: Terminal 3 passengers catch their shuttle from the Car Rental Shuttle Station at the east end of the terminal, past Baggage Carrousel 5/6. Terminal 2 passengers still catch their rental car buses outside the terminal.
