Default It would be nice to be able to get an item from a variable

like setting a condition to show an object if the 3rd character of a variable is equal to something

    for example

    Condition
Perform action ONLY if the following is TRUE
    Variable: TestingVariable
Relationship: Char 3 of it equals
    Value: 1

can post this as a new thread now i figured what the problem was

Just generally better variable handling options would be helpful. I want to be able to do things like "set variable x to the value of variable y" or use conditions like "variable x is equal to variable y".

"set variable x to the value of variable y" is possible. Modify Variable -> Set contents -> Content: VAR(yourvariablename).

No worries You can also use RAND(min, max) for generating random numbers in a similar way.

You can also do the same things in a condition on the right side

    Variable1 Equals Var(Variable2)
