I would like the option to collapse all objects in the left hand pane. A collapse all would quickly condense the structure and thereby make it easier to locate and work on a specific object.I would like the option to collapse all objects in the left hand pane. In regards to the collapse/expand all feature, is there an option to collapse/expand all the pages ONLY? If not, the full benefits of having added this feature to Lectora 2007 were not utilized. There are times when I may have many pages in one chapter and/or section. I want the ability to collapse/expand all pages at once, not just that one page's objects. When I go to collapse/expand all by right-clicking on, say, the chapter, it collapses everything down to just the chapter without letting me see the pages and their titles in that chapter. That's a more true version of "collapse/expand all" functionality. I would appreciate it if this feature were added. What is the email address to make suggestions for features and functionality? Thanks,Angie

Just use the collapse all on the Chapter and then click the [+] icon next to that Chapter to expand the pages only.

Is there such a function for X.5? I tried different key combinations but it does not appear to be able to collapse all pages at page level. For example, if you have 30 pages, you're editing and opened multiple pages. Sometimes it's hard to navigate and easy to be disoriented without closing some of the open pages. You would need to click on each - (minus sign) to close one after another. Closing the chapter does not work here.

I did find that you can select a page, and SHIFT (or ALT) left arrow to close that page, but if you have multiple pages selected, it only collapse the bottom one selected.

Any hidden function to do what I need?

    Thanks,

No keystrokes but you can right click on a section, chapter, or the title in the Title manager pane and select Collapse All from the bottom of the menu. Did you find that?
