Snap Trial

Has anyone had trouble with trying out Snap? I tested it once and the next day I got a message saying it had failed to load or something. Now I can't figure out how to get it working again. I tried reinstalling the .exe file from the site to no avail. I'm referring to the ribbon that runs alongside/within Powerpoint of course. http://www.trivantis.com/forum/images/smilies/mad.png
