    Angry JWPlayer Logo in Video

I just recently updated to version x.5 and noticed that now when I watch a FLV video there is a small "JWPlayer" logo in the bottom left of that video. Have anyone else noticed this change? Is there a way to take this off? I do not want advertisements in my company videos.

I noticed this as well. I would think ads like this are not wanted by most companies. I know we don't want them.

You can avoid this logo by using external HTML, rather than importing the video directly into Lectora. If you are making videos in Camtasia, export it with "Embed video into HTML" checked. In the html file, there is a commented out section at the bottom containing simple object embed tags for the video. Use that for the external html, and add all the other files that were exported as additional files. If you are using something else for video, some other generic embed tags should work just as easily. I've had to do this for some time anyway because Lectora's normal video output generated errors on our asp pages.

We're now running into this issue as well. Is the fix something support has to send you to install, or was it something I can change in a text file or in the project?

You can't do it on your own. You have to go through Support.
