Default Fall back to QuickTime if no Flash found

    Hi everyone,
our course contains a few movieclips. It is going to be run on computers that may or may not have Flash. In case they don't, the video should be played back with QuickTime player.

How would you go about it? Does Lectora have a built-in fall-back-to-QT capability?

Thank you! I appreciate any ideas..

Sorry, you will probably need to contact Trivantis support for this one... but my skeptical side says that you won't get the answer you are hoping for.

On the other hand, why not publish the videos using the H.264 video CODEC (as .mp4 or .mov)?

That way, it is readable as HTML5 and should be cross compatible with most computers.

I only wish I could build interactive H.264 videos this way (and then get rid of FLASH/SWF altogether).

I would but even the simplest Flash events like onDonePlaying won't work this way...

If there were proper HTML functions in Lectora, that would not be a problem.

However, you can't test for end of video under your fall back video option anyway.
