Post Adding a search engine/feature to my title

How do I add a search feature to my title. I would like to have a search field where you can type in keys words. Is this possible?

Yes, I am wondering this aswell. I saw something called SearchEngine Demo, but I could not run it on my Lectora Inspire vX.4. This would be very helpful information.

    Default Search box functionality

Hi, Has anyone got some ideas for adding a search function to a lectora title? I have a client that is requesting the feature.

The original search engine worked by embedding a Flash object into the title, passing TOC filename to the object, using the TOC to identify and access each published page at runtime.

It is not too difficult to build such system from scratch, since the original project seems discontinued. However, a pure JS solution would be more appropriate. Since JS cannot access files, you'd have to build search index (automatically) after publishing the file, before runtime.
