SME Resources?

I am in the process of creating an "ID Toolkit" for potential SME's. The goal of the toolkit would be to provide them with templates and resources to help create content that can later be sent to me to be converted to Lectora.I want to put a feeler out there to see if anyone had something like this already or any resources/tips they could share with me?-Aimee

Are you looking for a storyboard template? What are the specific templates that you would want to provide?

Aimee, I have a number of tools you can use on my website, specifically the Concept to Execution page. It has various checklists and templates, such as questions to ask during the Analysis phase, an Excel template for tracking feedback, etc. All of the resources can be downloaded and distributed.

Also, I highly recommend Cathy Moore's SlideShare on Action Mapping. It is about 5 minutes long and shows a very easy-to-follow process for organizing conent and making sure it is performance-focused and not knowledge focused.
