Contract eLearning Developer - 5 weeks - First Midwest Bank - IL

This contract could be 5 weeks full-time or a longer engagement part-time. We are looking for someone to work onsite to create a new product knowledge course or courses totally about 1.5 hours of finished eLearning.

Designs and develops eLearning courses using Lectora. Work with Subject Matter Experts to create approximately 1.5 hours of product knowledge eLearning.

- Bachelor’s degree in Adult Education, Instructional Design or equivalent strongly preferred
- Minimum 4 years eLearning design and development experience, including all phases of eLearning development; design, outlining, storyboarding, development
- Proven intermediate to advanced experience with Lectora and Flash
- The ability to organize, develop, and deliver content to maximize transfer of knowledge
- Instructional Design skills that encompass the ability to create and develop training from experience and/or work with subject matter experts to extract applicable information with little supervision.
- Organized approach to the design and implementation of all deliverables
- Clear speaking voice for the recording of audio narration
