the object is positioned over a flash movie or video

When compiling lectora into SCORM, I get an error:" the object is positioned over a flash movie or video" on multiple objects. There are in fact objects that I placed over flah movies intentionally. Is there a way around this? I'd like to keep things they way I placed them. SCORM seems to revert the placement. Has anyone run into this? Any help would be appreciated.
