Default Multiple Text Entries judged with tab key

Is there a way to have the user complete multiple (5) text entry fields and judge on the 5th entry?

Ideally, the user would type text1, press tab; type text2, press tab; type text 3 press tab; type text 4 press tab; type text 5 press tab.

At this point the user would go to the next page if all 5 were correct or receive a feedback box stating not all 5 are correct and allow them to fix the input.

    Advice is deeply appreciated!
