    Default ReviewLink & Format Problems

I am having issues with my formatting when I publish to review link.

When I preview the course within Lectora using the "Preview Mode" function, all of my bullets line up with the text. However, when I publish to Review Link or preview using HTML, they do not line up. How do I fix this & ensure what I am publishing is what the users will see?

Also with ReviewLink --- why is is that I cannot review a coworkers uploaded content? It simply relaunches the window showing my content instead of launching her course for review.

ANY HELP WOULD BE MUCH APPRECIATED!

This problem is not specifically related to Review Link.
Regular preview modes will not reveal errors so it is always best to use MODE/Preview in browser for a truer rendition of how a page will appear.

The bullet alignment issue is a common one and their are only two solutions AFAIK.
Solution 1: Select, "Render text as image when published"
Solution 2: Whenever bullet alignment is required, put your text into tables

I am new to ReviewLink so I will guess that your co-workers need to upload all content using the same username/password.

Sounds like you copied and pasted from another application without selecting "unformatted". Copy all the text in the problem text box, delete the box, paste unformatted and reformat.

As to the differences, there are MANY differences between Run mode and some form of HTML. Go to www.eProficiency.com/webStore/ and search for "differences" for a free paper describing some 35 differences.

Default Reviewing co-workers upload to ReviewLink

    Question:

    1. Are you wanting to see what she uploaded as a second publisher or as a reviewer?

If as a reviewer, she needs to add you as a reviewer.

If as a second co-publisher, put it in the feedback to Trivantis to allow a second publisher to view and change to FIX.

    2. Does that help?
