Don't know if this question can get answered here or not.
My client's LMS crashes frequently due to high traffic. Lectora course works fine if users view modules incrementally, log out,and come back. When the servers crash, the API information is stranded on the user's local machine. Finish Calls are stranded too. End result: user progress is lost and they have to start from the beginning. Which is very frustrating.
Has anyone had this kind of issue and, more important, anyone have a way to send something like a Finish Call back to the LMS periodically without actually bumping users out of the course?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks.
