Notifications ... to student and instructor/admin?

Is it somehow possible to "copy" notifications sent to a student to the course instructor(s) or to a specific admin/reporter? The benefit would be twofold for us:

1) Trainers are notified when people sign up for a course
2) Certificates (that we use for FDA purposes) would be forwarded to someone in addition to the student for official use.

If there is a way to do this already it isn't too obvious (unless I'm missing it!). Anyone encounter something like this?

Reporters assigned to a student get copied on ALL Notifications sent to the student ... from course registration, completion, etc.

As a sub-org reporter I am notified of all courses in my departments, about 45 emails a day. We have another person that coordinates vendor training and she is set up as a course reporter and admin. She recieves just the 7 day reminder, but we want her to recieve the enrollment e-mail as well. We don't want to set her up as a sub-org reporter for the whole company, which would mean a minimum of 300+ emails daily.

So, how can we get it so she just gets CC'd on all e-mails related to to the courses she sets-up?

Why not set up an email forward on your inbox? We're also trying to figure out the best way for multiple people to be informed of notifications... this works as long as you are ok with the one person getting ALL the notifications, in our case we wanted one person from each major department to receive the notifications so it was much more difficult to set up...

you will also find that Trivantis doesn't take supporting the CourseMill threads as seriously as they take Lectora - I often wait weeks before someone is kind enough to respond...

Tim, is this true even is if the CC: Reporters flag is not checked?

I just learned that if the CC: Reporter flag is turned off, reporters will not be copied. Thanks Tim V. for contacting me!
