Internal Kick-off Meeting
Once you have selected Trivantis as your vendor of choice, an expert project team will be assigned. Depending on the scope of your project, several roles may be assigned such as:

The project team and Account Manager will meet to discuss the defined Project and Statement of Work to help our team gain a better understanding of the project, construct ideas and questions for the Client Kick-off Meeting and start the creative juices flowing.
Kick-off Meeting
At the Client Kick-off, the project officially begins and the project team will lead you through a comprehensive meeting to outline all aspects of the project. Shortly following the meeting the Project Manager will develop and deliver the project timeline and a meeting summary document.

Graphical User Interface (GUI) Design
Based on the creative preferences and navigational criteria defined at the Kick-off Meeting, a team of designers will develop multiple GUI concepts to choose from.
Instructional Design
Once the course content and objectives are defined, a Storyboard will be developed to provide a detailed, visual view of the instructional design of the course. The storyboard will describe the:

You will then review and approve the final storyboard for production.
Course Prototype
Before full production begins, our team creates a three to five page course prototype to ensure that the overall "look and feel" and functionality of the course are solid.
